Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2024/057477
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is an elevator system that allows a delivery person delivering an item to use an elevator to move to a delivery destination without having to perform a call registration operation. Also provided are a call registration device, a call registration method, and a call registration program for the elevator system. A reception unit (18) receives, from a delivery system (21), delivery destination information including information on a floor where a delivery destination is located and assignment information for discerning a delivery person assigned a delivery. When a delivery person carrying a delivery terminal (25) arrives at an entrance floor of a building (3), the reception unit (18) receives, from the delivery terminal (25), identification information for identifying the delivery person. A determination unit (19) determines whether or not the delivery person identified using the identification information is the delivery person assigned the delivery by matching the identification information with the assignment information. A request unit (20) requests an elevator (2) to register a call from the entrance floor to the floor where the delivery destination is located when the delivery person who has arrived is determined to be the delivery person assigned the delivery.
