Abstract:
Provided is a camera control device, comprising: an arrival prediction value computation device (3120) which computes an arrival prediction value which indicates the degree to which a user terminal arrives in a camera photography range; an arrival prediction time computation device (3130) which computes an arrival prediction time which is the predicted time it will take for the user terminal to arrive in the camera photography range; a preparation time computation device (3140) which computes a preparation time which is the time required to run the application on the camera; and a determination device (3160) which determines whether to commence a preparation to run the application on the camera.
