Abstract:
Provided are a camera having excellent operability with a compact configuration, and a setting method therefor. A sub-display (16) is arranged on a top surface of a camera body (10). The sub-display (16) displays a conceptual image (Im1) of a first rear command dial (D1) and a conceptual image (Im2) of a second rear command dial (D2), the rear command dials being operation dials. When the first rear command dial (D1) or the second rear command dial (D2) is rotationally operated, the conceptual image of the rotationally operated operation dial is enlarged, and the conceptual image is rotated in conjunction with the rotational operation.
