Abstract:
A cap sterilization device (50) comprising: an introduction part (52); a sterilization agent spraying part (53) that sprays a sterilization agent onto a cap (33) supplied from the introduction part (52); an air rinse part (54) that rinses, with air, the cap (33) on which the sterilization agent has been sprayed by the sterilization agent spraying part (53); and a transport guide (70) that transports the cap (33) from the introduction-part (52) side to the air-rinse-part (54) side, the transport guide (70) being positioned so as to pass through the introduction part (52), the sterilization agent spraying part (53), and the air rinse part (54) in the stated order. An air rinse nozzle (83) that supplies hot air to the cap (33) is provided to the air rinse part (54). In the air rinse nozzle (83), a distal-end (83a) side is oriented further forward in a transportation direction of the transport guide (70) than is a base-end (83b) side.
