Title:
CAPACITIVE SENSOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2016/113979
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
In order to provide a capacitive sensor with which adequate electrostatic discharge (ESD) resistance can be obtained even when a transparent conductive film containing metal nanowires is used, this capacitive sensor is formed by providing a transparent conductive film pattern on a base material, with the transparent conductive film containing nanowires, and the pattern having: detection patterns in which multiple detection electrodes are arranged with intervals therebetween; multiple lead wires extending linearly in a first direction from each of the multiple detection electrodes; and resistance-setting sections that are connected to at least one of the multiple lead wires and include a portion that extends in a direction not parallel to the first direction.
