Abstract:
Provided is a small and low height capacitor device having reduced deterioration
of characteristics such as a leak current characteristic. The capacitor device
is provided with a supporting substrate (1); at least one capacitor element (21),
which is formed on the supporting substrate (1) and includes a dielectric layer
(4) and a pair of electrodes (2, 5) sandwiching the dielectric layer (4); and a
sealing body for sealing the capacitor element (21) through a gap (22). The dielectric
layer (4) has an exposed section (23) which is exposed in the gap (22). Thus, deterioration
of the dielectric layer (4) is prevented and the capacitor device having excellent
leak current characteristic is obtained.
