Title:
CAPACITOR, ELECTRIC CIRCUIT, CIRCUIT BOARD, AND APPARATUS
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2022/230787
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A capacitor 1a of the present disclosure is provided with a first electrode 11, a second electrode 12, and a dielectric 20. The second electrode 12 is disposed opposite a main surface of the first electrode 11. The dielectric 20 is disposed between the first electrode 11 and the second electrode 12. The dielectric 20 adjoins the first electrode 11 and the second electrode 12. For example, a surface of the second electrode 12 in contact with the dielectric 20 extends in parallel to a surface of the first electrode 11 adjoining the dielectric 20. The electrical conductivity σx of the dielectric 20 in a specific direction perpendicular to the main surface and the electrical conductivity σy of the dielectric 20 in a direction perpendicular to the specific direction satisfy the relationship σx/σy≦0.01.
