Title:
CAPACITOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2022/113843
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A capacitor comprising a plurality of fiber-like electrically conductive core materials, realizing a highly reliable capacitor. The capacitor comprises: a base that has a first electrically conductive part on at least one main surface of a substrate, and that has an insulating resin layer on the surface of the first electrically conductive part; a plurality of fiber-like electrically conductive core materials in which one end of the plurality of fiber-like electrically conductive core materials passes through an insulating resin layer and is in contact with the first electrically conductive part, and the other end thereof is exposed from the base; a dielectric layer that coats the portion of the plurality of fiber-like electrically conductive core materials exposed from the base and the surface region of the base in which the plurality of fiber-like electrically conductive core material are exposed; an electrically conductive polymer layer that coats the dielectric layer, and has voids provided between the plurality of fiber-like electrically conductive core materials; and a second electrically conductive part that is arranged in contact with the apex corresponding to the other end of the plurality of fiber-like electrically conductive core materials of the electrically conductive polymer layer.
