Abstract:
The present invention provides a polarizing plate which comprises a polarizer and a hard coat layer, while achieving excellent adhesion between the polarizer and the hard coat layer. A polarizing plate according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises a polarizer and a hard coat layer; and the hard coat layer is bonded to the polarizer by using an adhesive layer formed from an active energy ray-curable adhesive. The active energy ray-curable adhesive contains a (meth)acrylic monomer that has a negative log P value, a (meth)acrylic monomer that has a positive log P value, and a boron-containing monomer; and the content of the boron-containing monomer in the active energy ray-curable adhesive is not less than 0.1 part by weight but less than 5 parts by weight relative to 100 parts by weight of the total resin component.
