Provided is a capacity control valve capable of reducing the inflow of unnecessary fluid into a suction intake chamber during continuous drive. A capacity control valve V is provided with: a valve main body 10 provided with a first chamber 21, a second chamber 22 and a third chamber23; a valve body 50 which has a first valve portion 52 for opening and closing a discharge side passage in the first chamber 21, and which performs opening and closing operations by means of a reciprocating movement thereof; and a solenoid 80 which subjects the valve body 50 to an electromagnetic driving force in a direction causing the first valve portion 52 to close. The capacity control valve V includes a spool valve structure SP which comprises a spool valve portion 32 configured from an outer peripheral portion 30 of the valve body 50, and a spool seat portion 42 configured from an inner peripheral portion 40 of the valve main body 10, and which, by means of the reciprocating movement of the valve body 50, controls an amount of flow between a control chamber 4 and the suction intake chamber 2 by performing opening and closing operations that are in the opposite direction to the first valve portion 52.
