Abstract:
A capacity control valve is provided which has excellent operation efficiency while having fluid discharge function at start-up. This capacity control valve V is provided with: a valve housing 10 in which a discharge port 12, through which a discharge fluid at a discharge pressure Pd passes, suction ports 13, 15, through which a suction fluid at a suction pressure Ps passes, and a control port 14, through which a control fluid at a control pressure Pc passes, are formed; and a main valve 50 which is configured from a main valve seat 10a and a main valve 50 driven by a solenoid 80 and which opens and closes communication between the discharge port 12 and the control port 14 by movement of the main valve body 51, wherein the capacity control valve comprises a differential CS valve 57 which can open and close through the pressure differential between the control pressure Pc and the suction pressure Ps, and a solenoid CS valve 58 which, when the solenoid 80 is not energized, opens and closes so as to block the control port 14 and the suction port 15 according to movement of the main valve body 51.
