A capacity equalizing method and apparatus for a battery replacement battery, and a device and a storage medium. The capacity equalizing method comprises: S110, determining the current state of a target battery replacement battery according to received associated data information; S120, determining at least one target cell in the target battery replacement battery, and respectively determining information on capacity to be equalized of the at least one target cell; and S130, performing, according to the current state and pieces of information on capacity to be equalized, capacity equalization adjustment on target cells corresponding to the pieces of information on capacity to be equalized. Thus, it is achieved that the corresponding capacity equalization adjustment is executed by combining the current state of the target battery replacement battery, and battery capacity equalization can be performed in various states to maintain battery consistency.
