Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a capsaicin-derived photosensitizer, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. In the photosensitizer, bodipy is used as a mother nucleus, the maximum absorption peak of bodipy red-shifts to a near-infrared region by means of expanding a π system, and a capsaicin targeting group is introduced into the structure of bodipy, constructing capsaicin-derived photosensitizer cap-BDP, which has an ability to efficiently target a TRPV1 protein. Singlet oxygen, which is produced by the photosensitizer prepared in the present invention under low-power LED illumination, can target and activate a TRPV1 protein channel, causing significant calcium ion influx and inducing the apoptosis of tumor cells, and the produced singlet oxygen can directly oxidize endogenous substances (such as proteins, fatty acids or nucleic acids) of cells to cause cell apoptosis, finally achieving photo-induced difunctional synergistic treatment. In addition, the present invention uses an amphiphilic block polymer as a drug carrier to be assembled with the photosensitizer cap-BDP in a water system to form nano photosensitizer cap-BDP-NPs, which can be used for the photo-induced treatment of triple negative breast cancer.
