Abstract:
This carbon composite material comprises a carbon material and a modification group introduced into the carbon material, wherein the conductivity of a dispersion liquid at 25°C, obtained by dispersing the carbon composite material at a concentration of 0.3 mass% in a mixed solvent in which the volume ratio of deionized water : 2-propanol is 6 : 4, is 0.05 to 100.00 μS/cm.
