Abstract:
Provided are: a carbon dioxide recovering method including a step (A) in which a reactant (c) of an amine compound (a) and a gas (b) containing carbon dioxide is irradiated with electromagnetic waves to thereby cause the carbon dioxide to be desorbed from the reactant (c); and a carbon dioxide recovering device 10 comprising a storage part 1 for storing the reactant (c) of the amine compound (a) and the gas (b) containing carbon dioxide, and an electromagnetic wave irradiation unit 2 for irradiating the reactant (c) with the electromagnetic waves.
