Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a carbon fiber gain ceramic atomization core and a preparation method therefor. The carbon fiber gain ceramic atomization core comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-70 parts of ceramic powder, 1-10 parts of carbon fiber, 10-50 parts of sintering aid, and 0-30 parts of pore-forming agent. According to the carbon fiber gain ceramic atomization core, a carbon fiber is added, such that the atomization core has columnar pore channels which are similar to straight pore channels where cotton core fibers are accumulated, the oil guiding and locking capacity of the atomization core is improved, and the atomization effect and taste of the atomization core are improved; and the carbon fiber can also form bridging around the pore channels, such that a toughening effect is achieved, and the strength of the atomization core is improved.
