A carbon fiber rubber composite pipe, comprising an inner pipe, an outer pipe sleeved outside the inner pipe, a carbon fiber framework layer formed between the inner pipe and the outer pipe. The material of the inner pipe comprises silicone rubber and polyphenylene sulfide particles. The material of the outer pipe comprises silicone rubber. A preparation method for the composite pipe comprises preparing silicone rubber and inner rubber sheets, forming an inner pipe using the inner rubber sheets, covering an outer peripheral surface of the inner pipe with at least one layer of carbon fiber cloth to form a carbon fiber framework layer, and when wrapping a plurality of carbon fiber cloth layers, applying an adhesive between the layers and then performing curing, forming an outer pipe using silicone rubber, and attaching the outer pipe to an outer peripheral surface of the carbon fiber framework layer to form the composite pipe, and vulcanizing same to give the carbon fiber rubber composite pipe. The rubber composite pipe has strong corrosion resistance and can be used as a carrier for chemical reagents.
