Abstract:
Disclosed is an excellent inhibitor of URAT1 activity, which is effective for the treatment of a disease associated with uric acid such as hyperuricemia, gouty tophus, acute gouty arthritis, chronic gouty arthritis, gouty nephropathy, urinary calculus, renal dysfunction, coronary artery disease and ischemic heart disease or the like. The inhibitor comprises a compound represented by the general formula [1] or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or solvate thereof as an active ingredient. [1] wherein each symbol is as defined in the description.
