Abstract:
This card discarding device for table top games comprises: an disposal opening (4) for discarding cards (3) after a game; a discard card receiving base (5) that receives the cards (3) from the disposal opening (4); a discard card information acquisition means (6) for acquiring number (rank) information from the cards (3) thrown into the disposal opening (4); a set information acquisition means (7) for acquiring set information from the cards (3) to be discarded; a card number counter (8) serving as a number measuring means for counting the number of cards (3) that are inserted in the disposal opening (4) and are to be discarded; a deck checking means (13) which, when the cards (3h) to be discarded are a set of 8 decks, checks whether all 416 cards of the 8 decks of 52 cards are there; and an output means (10) for outputting the checking result. Void holes are disposed on the cards to prevent the cards from being used illicitly, and all of the cards to be discarded are guaranteed to be discarded.
