Abstract:
A cardiac pacing system (601) and a pacemaker fixing device. The pacemaker fixing device comprises an annular stent (10) and at least one folding and unfolding portion (31, 32). The annular stent (10) is used for the installation of a leadless pacemaker (40) so as to reliably fix the leadless pacemaker (40) at a pre-determined position inside a body to avoid dislocation, and can also be reliably connected to an external mechanism by means of a connection portion (311, 321) of the folding and unfolding portion (31, 32) so as to withdraw and remove the cardiac pacing system (601), thereby increasing the success rate of operations for the removal and withdrawal of the cardiac pacing system (601). In addition, during implantation, the folding and unfolding portion (31, 32) can be operated by means of the external mechanism to complete the regulation of the pacing position of the leadless pacemaker (40), such that an operator can conveniently find the optimal pacing position, thereby improving the pacing effect of the leadless pacemaker (40). Moreover, the leadless pacemaker (40) can be fixed within the range of an atrium to implement pacing of the atrium (602), thereby reducing the non-physiological pacing with atrioventricular desynchronization.
