Abstract:
The cargo-handling work creation device 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a product sorting work determination unit 13 that determines the content of cargo-handling work for product sorting to be performed using information stored in inventory information DB12a, shipping product information DB12b, and master information DB12c. The product sorting work determination unit 13 is provided with: a storage space check unit 13a that extracts constraint conditions to be satisfied by products in each available storage space in a product storage space; a product check unit 13b that calculates the margins for the constraint conditions of the products in each available storage space; and a work generation unit 13c that generates movement work to move the products to each available storage space on the basis of the constraint conditions and the margins.
