Abstract:
[Problem] To manage cargo tracking information and evaluate the work quality of those involved in logistics on the basis of cargo tracking information. [Solution] A cargo tracking system 1 which manages tracking information including at least the transportation status of cargo comprises: a management unit 43 that associates the tracking information with the cargo identification information of the cargo and receives an input of the tracking information from the terminal of a transportation company or the like; and a calculation unit 44 that calculates an evaluation value for each transportation company or the like on the basis of the input status of the tracking information.
