Abstract:
Provided is a technique by which it is possible to prevent a situation in which the storage space for a liquid in a cartridge is reduced. This cartridge comprises: a liquid accommodation unit; and a liquid supply unit. The liquid supply unit is connected to a liquid introduction unit as a result of an accommodation unit rear wall of the cartridge rotating and moving downward around a rotational fulcrum positioned on the insertion direction side of a cartridge mounting section. In the insertion direction, a first distance between an liquid inflow port and a rear wall inner surface, which is the inner surface of the accommodation unit rear wall, is less than a second distance between the liquid inflow port and a front wall inner surface, which is the inner surface of an accommodation unit front wall.
