A caster (120) that is provided with: a wheel (121); a yoke part (122a) that turnably supports the wheel (121) on a shaft; a cylindrical stem part (122b) that is rotatably held inside a through hole (111b) of a frame (111); a reduced diameter part (122c) that is provided to an upper end of the stem part (122b); a flange part (122d) that is at an upper end of the reduced diameter part (122c) and that projects to the outside in the radial direction; and a ring body (123a) that has an inner diameter that can fit onto the reduced diameter part, that has an outer diameter that is larger than the diameter of the stem part, and that has provided thereto an opening that is for guiding the reduced diameter part into the ring thereof. When the stem part (122b) has been passed through the through hole (111b) from below, the reduced diameter part (122c) is arranged above the through hole (111b), and as a result of the ring body (123a) elastically deforming so as to be fitted onto the reduced diameter part (122c) and of the ring body (123a) being locked at an upper part of the through hole (111b), the caster (120) is rotatably supported on the frame (111).
