Abstract:
The present invention provides a casting device for plastic film production line and an air knife, and relates to the field of plastic film production; the air knife comprises an air knife body, a fixed knife lip and a movable knife lip connected with the air knife body to form an air mouth, sealing plates for sealing two ends of the air knife body in the length direction, and an air mouth breadth adjusting mechanism for realizing adjustment of the breadth of the air mouth; the air mouth breadth adjusting mechanism is used by cooperating a slide sleeve screw rod mechanism arranged on the outer side of the air knife body and an inner air stop block and a guide plate arranged in the air knife body, when a screw rod slides, air flow is gradually stopped from passing through the air mouth to realize timely adjustment of the breadth of the air mouth; in addition, an edge limiter for reinforcing closing of the stop part is arranged between the inner air stop block and the stop part of the air mouth for further adjusting the breadth position of the air mouth; the present invention is simple in structure and convenient to use, and can bond thick pieces with multiple breadths to improve the practicability of the casting device and the air knife.
