Abstract:
A melt pipeline heating device, related to the technical field of plastic thin-film production, and comprising: a melt pipeline (1), an alloy sleeve (2), an electric heating device (3) and a thermal insulation device (4); the alloy sleeve (2) being sleeved on an outer wall of the melt pipeline (1), and a sealed air interlayer (5), used for uniform heat transfer, being disposed between the alloy sleeve (2) and the outer wall of the melt pipeline (1); the electric heating device (3) being partially disposed in the alloy sleeve (2) and being used for heating to produce heat; the thermal insulation device (4) being disposed outside of the alloy sleeve (2) and being used for reducing electric heating device (3) heat loss; by providing an air interlayer between the melt pipeline (1) and the alloy sleeve (2), the heat conduction uniformity and fluidity of air causes the melt pipeline (1) to be heated uniformly, thus ensuring that a melt within the melt pipeline (1) is heated uniformly, and avoiding pyrolysis.
