A catalyst coating device capable of leveling the liquid surface of a high-viscosity slurry, said device comprising a catalyst carrier fixing component (2) that is rotatably connected on an outer side of a catalyst carrier (10), a slurry tank (1) that is sealingly connected to the catalyst carrier fixing component (2) and that is fixed to a top part thereof; a ring gear (3) is sleevingly fixed to an outer side of the catalyst carrier fixing component (2), the ring gear (3) is driven by a synchronous belt (4), the synchronous belt (4) is driven by a motor (5), and the motor (5) is provided with a controller (6). The described coating device utilizes the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the slurry tank as driven by the motor so as to quickly level the liquid surface of a catalyst coating slurry in the slurry tank, thereby improving the catalyst coating effect and saving production costs.
