Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a photovoltaic triangular solder strip, comprising metal wire shaping and metal wire tinning. The metal wire shaping comprises calendering a metal wire (5) having a circular cross section by using a pair of rollers, so as to shape the cross section of the metal wire to be triangular. The pair of rollers comprises a first roller (1) serving as a bottom shaping support for the triangular cross section of the metal wire, and a second roller (2) for guiding and shaping the machined metal wire; the first roller and the second roller are straight rollers arranged in parallel, the surface of the first roller is smooth, annular grooves (21) are formed on the surface of the second roller, the annular grooves are coaxial with the second roller, and the cross section of the annular groove is triangular. The method for manufacturing a photovoltaic triangular solder strip can improve the precision of the triangular cross section of the solder strip, increase the effective reflection area of the solder strip, and further improve the power generation capacity of a module.
