Abstract:

Provided by the present invention are a catalyst for the hydrogenation of carbon dioxide to produce methanol and a preparation method therefor. A framework-modified metal organic framework material MIL-101(Cr)-NH2 is used as a carrier, and the type selectivity of a pore structure of MIL-101(Cr) is used to improve the selectivity of methanol. At the same time, MIL-101(Cr) has a high specific surface area and has a high adsorption capacity for CO2, which effectively increases the catalytic selectivity of CO2. The -NH2 group in MIL-101(Cr)-NH2 makes the copper nitrate and the carrier form a complex so as to enhance the interaction between the two and prevent the excessive loss of the active component of copper, and at the same time, some Cu particles may be restricted in pores thereof so as to inhibit the growth thereof. Moreover, smaller and better dispersible copper particles may be obtained by using a chemical reduction method, thereby improving the catalytic activity of the hydrogenation methanol-producing reaction of CO2. At the same time, MIL-101(Cr)-NH2 has strong thermal stability, which prevents the high reaction temperature during the conversion process of CO2 from leading to the deactivation of the catalyst by carbon deposition.
