Abstract:
According to a catheter with a support balloon attached thereto for easy passage through a clogged blood vessel and a method for using same, which are proposed in the present invention, by having the catheter include a balloon, when passage through a blocked lesion is attempted at the opposite side of a blocked artery, due to support by the balloon, a wire is not pushed back and is able to effectively pass through the clogged blood vessel.
