Embodiments of the present application provide a CCD camera calibration system, method and apparatus, a computing device, and a storage medium. The system comprises: a transmission mechanism; a calibration assembly, which is disposed on the transmission mechanism, a plurality of calibration pattern units arranged in the length direction being disposed on the calibration assembly, each calibration pattern unit comprising a first calibration block, and the first calibration block comprising a positioning identifier and a plurality of first calibration patterns which are uniformly arranged; a CCD camera, which is used for photographing, when the calibration assembly runs, the calibration assembly to obtain a first image; and a processing module, the processing module being communicationally connected with the CCD camera, and the processing module being used for calculating a transformation matrix of intrinsic and extrinsic parameters of the CCD camera according to the first image. According to the embodiments of the present application, during calibration of the CCD camera, an actual product does not need to be arranged on the transmission mechanism, a calibration result is prevented from being affected by a product size error, and the calibration accuracy is improved.
