Abstract:
The present application provides a perovskite solar cell and a photovoltaic assembly. The perovskite solar cell comprises a first electrode, a second electrode and a light absorption layer located between the first electrode and the second electrode. The perovskite solar cell further comprises a first hole transport layer and a second hole transport layer. The first hole transport layer is located between the second hole transport layer and the light absorption layer. The second hole transport layer is located between the first electrode and the light absorption layer, or the second hole transport layer is located between the second electrode and the light absorption layer. The first hole transport material of the first hole transport layer is selected from one of PTAA and nickel oxide that is doped with a first doping element or is undoped. The second hole transport material of the second hole transport layer comprises at least one of a P-type transition metal oxide semiconductor material and a P-type transition metal halide semiconductor material capable of isolating water and oxygen.
