Abstract:
A ceiling fan rotor facilitating precision mounting of a bearing, comprising a rotating shaft (1), a stator (2), and a rotor (3). The stator (2) is accommodated in an inner annular cavity (310) of the rotor (3). The rotor (3) comprises a magnetic tile fixing part (31) and a bearing mount (32). The magnetic tile fixing part (31) and the bearing mount (32) are integrally manufactured. Also, the bearing mount (32) is only arranged at a side of a rotating plane of the magnetic tile fixing part (31). The geometric centers of the rotating shaft (1), the stator (2), the magnetic tile fixing part (31), and the bearing mount (32) are on a straight line. The ceiling fan rotor ensures the concentricity between the magnetic tile fixing part (31) and the bearing mount (32).
