Abstract:
It is intended to provide a cell culture container made of a resin, by which the
survival rate of the cells to be cultured can be elevated, and a method of producing
the same. Namely, a cell culture container made of a resin which is provided with
an inorganic membrane (1) having a thickness of from 0.002 μm to 5 μm
at least on the face where cells are cultured and has an oxygen permeability in
a dry state at 20oC of 500 fmol/m2.s.Pa or less.
Thus, it becomes possible to provide a cell culture container made of a resin by
which the release of a toxic substance from the cell culture container made of
the resin into the liquid culture medium can be prevented and the survival rate
can be remarkably elevated even in the case of a cell species that has been regarded
as less culturable.
