Abstract:
Provided is a cell culture device equipped with: a culture tank having a capacity of 0.5-50 L; a separator tube positioned extending from the inside to the outside of the culture tank, the separator tube having an inside diameter of 0.5-5 cm; a pump connected to the separator tube; an intake port and an exhaust port provided in the culture tank; a medium supply port provided in the culture tank; and an adjustment tool provided on at least part of the separator tube, the adjustment tool adjusting the separator tube to 30-45°C.
