Abstract:
It is mainly intended to provide a cell culture method satisfying various culture conditions required by cells and thus being widely usable. Namely, a cell culture method applicable to cells over a wide range based on a technique of substituting distilled water to be used in preparing a cell suspension by marine deep water, or a technique of substituting nutrients to be added to a cell suspension by marine deep water; and a self-culture method wherein normal human cells can be proliferated under serum-free conditions based on the above-described cell culture method.
