Abstract:
The present application relates to the field of mobile communications. Disclosed are a cell determining method and apparatus, a device, and a storage medium. The method comprises: obtaining a cell by means of searching; if the cell is determined to belong to a third-party network, determining the cell as a target cell, wherein the third-party network is another network other than a subscribed network of a terminal device, and the target cell is used for cell selection or cell reselection by the terminal device. The deployment type of a communication network is expanded. The restriction that a terminal device can only perform communication on the basis of a subscription party network is broken, the manner in which the terminal device performs communication on the basis of the communication network is expanded, and the communication quality of the terminal device for communication is improved.
