Abstract:
This cell image analysis system (200) comprises: a cell image-obtaining unit (11) that obtains a cell image (30) in which a cell (90) is included; a cell region-obtaining unit (12) that obtains a cell region (91) from the cell image; a pseudopod region-obtaining unit (13) that obtains regions (92) of pseudopodia (90b) that are each an elongated region of the cell region in the cell image; and an aging indicator information-obtaining unit (14) that obtains aging indicator information (24) indicating the degree of aging of the cell on the basis of the lengths of individual pseudopodia.
