Disclosed in the present invention is a cell phone camera capable of extending from a side surface, comprising a cell phone and a camera mounted inside the cell phone. An extending mechanism is mounted inside the upper end of the cell phone; an adjusting mechanism is mounted on the extending mechanism; a loading mechanism is provided on the adjusting mechanism; the camera is mounted on the loading mechanism. The extending mechanism is provided inside the cell phone, and the adjusting mechanism is controlled to move by means of the extending mechanism, such that the camera loaded on the loading mechanism can extend from a side surface of the cell phone for photographing; the extending camera can be adjusted by rotation by means of the adjusting mechanism, such that the camera can perform photographing from different angles; the camera is mounted by means of the loading mechanism, such that the camera is mounted on a loading table; and a detachable loading cover is used, such that the camera can be mounted and replaced on the loading table.
