Abstract:
Provided in the present application are a cell switching method, apparatus and device, and a storage medium. The method comprises: sending a first interface message to a second network element, the first interface message bearing user equipment related information; and receiving a user text modification instruction triggered by the second network element, the user text modification instruction being determined and triggered according to the first interface message, and the user text modification instruction being used for triggering a target user equipment to switch from a source cell to a target cell.
