Abstract:
A cell voltage measurement circuit measures the voltage of a plurality of secondary cells (B1-B14). The plurality of secondary cells (B1-B14) are connected to a flying capacitor (C1) via input-side semiconductor switches (SW1-SW15). The capacitor (C1) is connected to inverting input terminals of first and second differential amplifier circuits (20, 30) via output-side semiconductor switches (SW20, SW30). A calculation unit (10) for calculating the voltage of the secondary cells is configured so that output terminals of the differential amplifier circuits (20, 30) are directly or indirectly connected to the calculation unit. The inverting input terminals and the output terminals of the differential amplifier circuits (20, 30) are connected via corresponding sub-capacitors (C20, C30). Non-inverting input terminals of the differential amplifier circuits (20, 30) are connected to a reference potential (Vcc). The negative electrode of the secondary cell (B1) is connected to the reference potential (Vcc) via a leak detector circuit (12).
