Abstract:
Provided is a disposable cosmetic pad which is soft to skin and has high wipe-off properties. A disposable cosmetic pad (10) having a cushioning layer (20) and a covering sheet (21) which encloses the cushioning layer, wherein the covering sheet has an outer layer (24) which forms a skin-contacting surface and is mainly composed of first fibers (26) having an average fiber diameter of 10 μm or less and an inner layer (23) which is overlaid on the outer layer and is mainly composed of second fibers (27) having a larger average fiber diameter than that of the first fibers, and the surface roughness mean deviation (SMD) and the mean surface friction coefficient (MIU) of the skin-contacting surface of the cosmetic pad are 1.20 μm or less and 0.35 or more, respectively.
