Abstract:
Disclosed is a cellular potential measurement container that is capable of obtaining accurate measurement results without weakening or killing the cells to be measured in cellular potential measurement using a cellular potential measurement container. The cellular potential measurement container is a container that includes a container body and an electrode substrate, is formed by connecting the aforementioned electrode substrate to the bottom of the aforementioned container body and forming a plurality of wells, and is for loading into a potential measurement device to measure the potential of cells; and the cellular potential measurement container is characterized in that the aforementioned container body has a plurality of tubular sections with open top and bottom ends, the aforementioned electrode substrate is provided with a main substrate body and a plurality of measurement electrodes and reference electrodes that are disposed on one surface of the aforementioned main substrate body, the plurality of measurement electrodes and the plurality of reference electrodes are at least electrodes with a metal plated upon copper wiring, a pair of measurement electrodes and reference electrodes is disposed on the bottom of each of the aforementioned plurality of wells, and the aforementioned plurality of measurement electrodes and plurality of reference electrodes are formed by means of pre-plating.
