Abstract:
A cellulose resin wherein: hydrogen atoms in hydroxy groups of a cellulose are substituted by a long chain component that is a linear saturated aliphatic acyl group having 14 or more carbon atoms and by a short chain component that is an acyl group having 2 or 3 carbon atoms; and the degree of substitution (DSLo) by the long chain component and the degree of substitution (DSSh) by the short chain component satisfy the following conditional expressions (1) and (2). DSLo + DSSh ≥ 2.1 (1) 4 ≤ DSSh/DSLO ≤ 12 (2)
