Abstract:
A cement kiln flue gas denitration, demercuration, and desulphurisation system and method, comprising a kiln tail pre-heater (1), a high-temperature fan (3), a denitration and demercuration apparatus (5) containing a denitration and demercuration catalyst, a raw material mill (9), a dust collector (10), a tail exhaust fan (11) and a chimney (12) connected sequentially in order; a connecting windpipe (8) between the high-temperature fan (3) and the denitration and demercuration apparatus (5) is provided with an ammonia water application apparatus (4), a connecting windpipe (8) between the denitration and demercuration apparatus (5) and the raw material mill (9) is provided with a desulphurisation agent spraying apparatus (7), and the desulphurisation agent spraying apparatus (7) is connected to a desulphurisation agent powder bin (6).
