Abstract:
A cemented carbide scraps recovery treatment method, comprising the following steps: S1, weighing cemented carbide of a preset weight and putting same into a preheating container for preheating; S2, transferring the preheated cemented carbide into a calcining furnace for heating; S3, taking the heated cemented carbide out of the calcining furnace and rapidly cooling same; S4, crushing the cemented carbide such that alloy particles having a particle size less than 10 mm are formed by the cemented carbide; S5, putting the alloy particles into an electrolytic cell for electrolysis; S6, pumping an electrolyte treated in the previous step into a liquid storage tank for storage; S7, soaking and rinsing the electrolyzed alloy particles and then drying same; S8, performing magnetic separation on the dried particles to screen for magnetic attraction substances, adding unelectrolyzed alloy particles into the magnetic attraction substances, loading the magnetic attraction substances into the electrolytic cell again, and performing electrolysis again; and S9, repeating S7 and S8, and when the electrolyte reaches a preset amount, crystallizing the electrolyte to obtain cobalt and tungsten elements in the electrolyte.
