Abstract:
The present invention relates to a centrifugal clutch with reduced shift shock, and a transmission having same, and the objective of the present invention is to provide a centrifugal clutch and a transmission having same, which allow speed shifting from a low gear to a high gear by means of the instantaneous rotation and insert-coupling of a shift roller of a centrifugal rocker part between an inclined surface of a first rotor and a second rotor, so that shift shock is reduced and shift accuracy is improved. The present invention comprises: a first rotor, which is connected to an input shaft and has an inclined surface in a mounting hole; a second rotor connected to a rotary shaft; and the centrifugal rocker part, which is rotatably connected to and provided at one side in the mounting hole of the first rotor to transmit the rotating force of the first rotor to the second rotor, so that the shift roller is inserted and coupled between the inclined surface of the first rotor and the second rotor to allow speed shifting, wherein the inclined surface of the first rotor is formed such that the width (W) thereof to the second rotor gradually narrows in the radial direction (R) of the first rotor and in the direction opposite to the rotational direction of the first rotor, and thus, during the performance of speed shifting by means of the insert-coupling of the inclined surface of the first rotor, the second rotor and the shift roller, an instantaneous slip according to the rotation of the shift roller is induced to relieve the shift shock caused by the difference between the rotating forces of the first rotor and the second rotor.
