A centrifugal tube (1), comprising: an outer tube (101), a cap body (102) sleeved outside the outer tuber (101) to seal the outer tube (101), and an inner tube (103) arranged in the outer tube (101). The inner tube (103) comprises an opening for adding a reaction mixture, a fastener (1031) for fixing the inner tube into the outer tube, a reaction channel (1032) for carrying out a reaction, and a liquid discharge port (1034) in communication with the reaction channel (1032).
