Abstract:
A ceramic green sheet is produced by forming and drying a ceramic slurry containing ceramic powder, an unreacted isocyanate, an unreacted polyol, a urethane resin, which is produced by reacting isocyanate and a polyol, as an organic binder and a solvent. The slurry is produced by mixing a ceramic powder, isocyanate, a polyol and a solvent. A thin molded sheet is formed by printing and drying a molded paste produced by mixing ceramic powder, an organic binder, which is a resin that does not contain hydroxyl groups, and a solvent on the ceramic green sheet. By this means, the drying shrinkage that occurs in the ceramic green sheet when a thin molded sheet is formed on a ceramic green sheet produced by gel casting using an isocyanate and a polyol may be greatly reduced.
