Abstract:
The embodiments of the present invention provide a channel estimation method, comprising: generating a subframe, said subframe comprising a plurality of resource block pairs, the two resource blocks contained in each resource block pair being carried by the same set of consecutive subcarriers and belonging to different time slices; each resource block pair containing a plurality of demodulation resource element groups, and each demodulation resource element group containing a plurality of resource elements; each demodulation resource element group carrying a plurality of demodulation reference signals of an active antenna port; within each resource block pair, the quantity of demodulation resource element groups carried by the demodulation reference signal of the same active antenna port correlates to the quantity of active antenna ports associated with the subframe; sending the subframe. In the technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present invention, it is possible, according to the quantity of active antenna ports associated with each subframe, to set the quantity of demodulation resource element groups carried by the demodulation reference signal of the same active antenna port within the plurality of resource block pairs of the subframe; thus the allocation of resources carried by a demodulation reference signal is made more flexible.
